With experience in specialty practices, and urgent care, Cory’s extensive background and expertise have shaped the foundation of his consultancy. Cory Legere, CEO & Founder
Over the past decade, my professional journey has transformed from being a Radiologic Technologist, to becoming the CEO of Cory Legere Consulting. This evolution has been driven by my sharp, innovative nature. I have a self-starting attitude and unwavering motivation to overcome challenges. This allows me to thrive in dynamic and demanding environments.
After completing my undergraduate degree in Radiologic Technology, I ventured beyond my home state of Rhode Island in pursuit of greater opportunities. It was in San Antonio, Texas, where I began my career as a Radiologic Technologist, gaining invaluable experience in the field. However, I eventually decided to return to the East Coast to focus on advancing my management career. I contributed to multiple Urgent Cares, strengthening their management teams and actively participating in the establishment of new sites. It was during my transition to specialty practices that I realized my true calling and where my passion lies.
What truly ignites my passion is the process of transitioning a practice to a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. I view each project as a unique challenge and approach it with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution. Throughout these endeavors, I prioritize achieving key results, building effective teams, and swiftly adapting to change, all while ensuring a smooth transition for everyone involved. Delving into end-user problems and devising effective solutions using enhanced workflows and cutting-edge technology is what truly excites me. By creating and optimizing workflows, I strive to cultivate a superior end-user experience for both staff members and patients alike.

My name is Kristen Canales and I specialize in all aspects of A/R management. I am an accomplished coder and biller with 20+ years’ experience over multiple specialties. I enjoy using my skills to contribute to the challenging and ever-changing world of medical billing to get physicians the most reimbursement. My passion is to help physicians so the can focus on helping their patients.

Throughout my professional journey, I’ve often heard the refrain, “Wow, you have an abundance of energy!”—and I not only acknowledge this observation but actively strive to embody it. My enthusiasm is dedicated to the people I engage with daily: my colleagues and internal and external customers. I want everyone I work with to feel the passion emanating from my boundless energy.
I earned my Master of Business Administration from California Southern University, concentrating on healthcare operations and organizational behavior. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Science in healthcare sciences from Boston University, with a minor in public health and pre-medical studies. Over my 15-year career, I’ve had the privilege of overseeing operations in diverse healthcare models, spanning integrative medical clinics, private practices, hospital facilities, and urgent cares. While my professional background is versatile, my commitment remains steadfast.
Having collaborated closely with remarkable clinical personnel, I recognize the paramount importance of ensuring that technology is not just implemented but is user-friendly, accessible, and genuinely supportive of patient care. My motivation stems from an unwavering passion for bridging gaps and championing a patient-centric approach to healthcare delivery.

Elenore Ignacio, CCMA
With over 22 years of experience in the healthcare field, I’ve gained a deep and comprehensive understanding of the industry. My journey began as a receptionist, where I learned firsthand the importance of exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for patients. As my passion for healthcare grew, I pursued further education and became a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA). This role allowed me to work closely with healthcare professionals, providing quality care to patients and developing strong clinical skills, along with a keen eye for detail.
Over time, I transitioned into an office operations lead role, where I applied my problem-solving skills to streamline processes and improve efficiency. This position refined my organizational abilities and underscored the value of effective communication and teamwork. Most recently, I served as an office manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility. I thrived in this role, supporting and guiding my team through challenges, which further fueled my passion for leadership.
Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mother of a 25-year-old son. Parenthood has taught me invaluable lessons in patience, resilience, and unconditional love—qualities I bring to both my personal and professional endeavors.
Now, as a senior consultant, I’m excited to leverage my extensive experience to help healthcare organizations navigate their most complex challenges. I am passionate about finding innovative solutions, improving operational efficiency, and driving positive change within the healthcare industry.

I graduated from college with a deep passion for patient care and a strong interest in pharmacology. For three years, I worked in various pharmacies, gaining firsthand insights into the challenges faced by healthcare administrators and frontline workers. These experiences had a profound impact on my understanding of patient care.
Driven by a desire to bridge the gaps in healthcare and contribute to a more efficient and patient-centered approach, I made a pivotal decision to shift my career trajectory. In recent years, I have focused on optimizing electronic medical record systems and assisting clinics in transitioning from paper-based records or outdated EMRs to Athena.
